Location: Almunecar, Granada, Spain

I live in Spain and work internationally as a Life Fulfilment Coach and Personal Empowerment Mentor, helping others identify their dream and achieve it. I love helping people reconnect with themselves & their values and seeing how they can purposefully create and live fulfilling lives. I love my life here as it allows me to balance work and play, to experience who I am. My main focus is to master being present and aware of my thoughts. Reason? I believe that our thoughts become things and so I have the intention to approach whatever is happening in my life with the bigger picture in mind, as well as enable others to do the same - see post ‘what is the bigger picture?’ We are so often caught up in the world that we forget that it is pure illusion; however once we are aware of the Law of Attraction we can create our life from a far more powerful place. By becoming aware of who we are, what we think and how we feel we have influence over what we bring into our life. The next trick is to keep that awareness in everyday life. This blog is to share my experiences in the pursuit of conscious awareness. I also would love to hear how others walking the same path are faring.
